Liu Deqiang
Liu Deqiang, male, Lahu nationality, was born in August 1964 in Lancang, Yunnan Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in December 1984 and began to work in July 1985. He has a postgraduate degree in Marxist philosophy from the Central Party school.
He is now the first level inspector of Yunnan development and Reform Commission.

In December 2017, the people's Government of Yunnan Province decided to appoint Liu Deqiang as an inspector of the provincial development and Reform Commission and remove him from the post of deputy director of the provincial development and Reform Commission.
