Wang Junyu, male, doctor, assistant researcher, deputy director of auto ID Laboratory of Fudan University. In 1995, he obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Department of material engineering of Dalian Railway University, in 1998, he obtained a master's degree in engineering from the school of mechanical engineering of Beijing University of technology, and in 2002, he obtained a doctor's degree in engineering from the school of information technology of Beijing University of science and technology,
Mainly engaged in computer architecture and storage system research. From 2003 to 2005, he conducted postdoctoral research in Electronic Science and technology mobile station of Fudan University, and successively participated in 863 projects, including the development of 32-bit high-performance embedded CPU and Java coprocessor, the development of RFID core chip, the design of divider and instruction cache component of Java processor, and the research and development of RFID circuit and system. In 2005, he stayed in Fudan University and worked as assistant researcher of Institute of microelectronics, Fudan University, and deputy director of Fudan University's auto ID laboratory. research fields: 1) computer architecture. 2) Radio frequency identification (RFID) circuit and system. 3) Wireless sensor networks. Since 2000, 10 scientific papers have been published and 9 invention patents have been applied (3 of which have been authorized). the research fields of Fudan University auto ID laboratory mainly include RFID chip research, RFID system research and RFID application research. Auto ID laboratory was founded in October 1999 in MIT, an alliance of research institutions with seven members: MIT (USA), Cambridge University (UK), atlade University (Australia), St. Gallen University (Switzerland), Keio University (Japan), Fudan University (China) and ICU University (Korea). Auto ID lab focuses on the research and development of standards and system architecture of "Internet of things".
