Lin Wei
Lin Wei, male, Han nationality, born in September 1971 in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, Bachelor of law, master of law (Jilin University), doctor of law (Peking University). Professor, Department of law, China Youth College of political science. He used to be a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Committee and vice president of China Youth College of political science.
He is now vice president of the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and vice president of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of social sciences.

Appointment and removal information
On September 3, 2012, Yang Xiangdong, director of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, went to China Youth College for political science to announce the decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on the adjustment of the school's leadership. Yang Xiangdong first read out the "notice on Lu Yulin and Lin Wei's appointment" (No. 27 of Zhongqing Shugan Zi): Lin Wei is a member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and vice president (deputy bureau level) of China Youth College of political science, with a probation period of one year.
On October 26, 2017, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation between the University of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the China Social Sciences Press was successfully held in Liangxiang campus of the University. This is the first time that Lin Wei attended the activity as vice president of the University of the Chinese Academy of social sciences after the merger of the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the China Youth College of political science.

His main academic achievements include: Monographs: Research on indirect principal offender, identification and application of crimes against the management order of companies and enterprises, power analysis of criminal law interpretation, etc.; CO authored more than 30 books, such as theory and practice of financial crime, research review of public crime, etc., and co translated British criminal law, criminal evidence, etc And published more than 70 papers in China Law and other journals. He presided over many national, provincial and ministerial projects, such as "the theory and practice of the International Criminal Court for the former Yugoslavia", "comparative study of juvenile criminal procedure", "Research on criminal law interpretation system" and so on; he presided over Beijing education reform project "simulation practice of criminal prosecution and defense trial".
