Liu Defu, male, Han nationality, born in February 1958 in Chuanshan District, Suining City, is a graduate student of the Party School of the provincial Party committee. He started work in August 1976 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1984.
He once served as the chairman of the Political Consultative Conference of Suining City, Sichuan Province.
