Climax

Climax is a punk band founded in Hong Kong, China. It was founded in 2004 by Lin Xiangkun, the lead singer and cartoonist. The latest lineup will be determined in 2008. The representative works are wanhuahong and stewardess.

Acting experience

In 2002, the punk band was founded by Lin Xiangkun, the lead singer and cartoonist. In 2004, it was officially launched by Lin Xiangkun, Tan Yiyang, Chen Weiqiang, Bei Zuer and Huang Xiaohui. At the same time, a music and entertainment brand, highdynasty Gaochao, was established. In November 2004, climax's first mini disc (big punk nightclub) was officially launched. Along with the disc, a band mascot chaos enamel toy was also produced, and a special version was launched at the same time. In February 2005, the band's new song (wanhuahong) was ranked 16th in the zhazha music promotion list of Hong Kong commercial radio for the first time. Since then, the band has actively participated in a number of large-scale performances. Besides music, the band members have also participated in many pre screen performances, including guest music videos for at17, Zhou Guoxian, Xie Anqi and ye Yucheng, as well as many films (half drunk), (Xiezi), (Mafia) and (police). In 2005, Bei Zuer (bassist) and Huang Xiaohui (guitarist) left the team. It was not until January 2006 that climax band joined two new players, namely, sexy water beauty Huang Liyi (female lead singer) and Chen Zhaoji (bassist). In May of the same year, with a new lineup of four men and one woman, the band released its first ten piece album (rock band attacking the earth). Less than a month after the launch of the album, it was ranked ninth in Hong Kong and tenth in Asia, respectively. In 2007, she joined hands with 2% of fashion brands and two women's DJ group (sister) of commercial radio station to launch some band's second mini disc (boys' Yifan Street). She also found the gold medal winner of Hong Kong's lfva independent short film animation group (fish like cat) to create animation music videos of (boys' Yifan Street) and (rock and roll orcs attacking the earth). Made a combination of music, toys and animation multimedia. In early 2007, Huang Liyi (female lead singer) left the team, and Tan Yiyang (drummer / producer) had to go back to Australia to complete his music degree course for more than one year. The band announced that they would take a one-year break to compose new songs silently. In 2008, Chen Weiqiang (guitarist) and Chen Zhaoji (bassist) left the team. at present, climax has reorganized its new lineup! The band joined a new guitarist (Wu Yigui Jazz), a new bassist (yuan Yongtai Nick) and a new female lead singer (Deng Kaidi Heidi)! In addition to the veteran lead singer (Lin Xiangkun, elphonso) and drummer / Music Producer (Tan Yiyang, Barry), the climax band will attack again with a five person lineup! At the same time, we will immediately prepare for the second band album to be launched in 2009.

Band evaluation

Climax band is a new combination of wild, line, anger and insanity. It is a mixture of Superman playing monster and angry youth. Hong Kong's music world has always been full of "riding?" But many of them are not serious about music. Climax band is serious about music. It's a real band. All aspects are arranged by band members. The level of playing is quite good. Both male singer Lin Xiangkun and female singer Huang Liyi have good singing skills. Rock band hits the earth, Hollywood, Elegy of monsters and wanhuahong are all fun. In contrast, climax band's more serious songs, such as "stewardess", "Doulang", are more common. This is easy to understand: when you listen to climax band, you will naturally expect to be a work of mourning. Climax band might as well focus on the development of mourning songs.
