When Lin Fang, deputy Procurator General of Guangxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, studied in Luzhai national basic central school in his early years, he read progressive books such as the history of social evolution and began to accept the influence of revolutionary thought. Later, he was admitted to No. 4 middle school of Liuzhou province. He had excellent grades and radical ideas in school. Under the influence of progressive teachers, he germinated the idea of participating in the revolution.

Lin Fang (1921-1980), former deputy procurator general and party secretary of Guangxi Provincial People's Procuratorate, formerly known as Lin Zhongxuan, was born in Jiaotang village, Luzhai Town, Guangxi Zhuang nationality.

In her early years, when she was studying in Luzhai national basic central school, Lin Fang read progressive books such as the history of social evolution and began to accept the influence of revolutionary thought. Later, he was admitted to No. 4 middle school of Liuzhou province. He had excellent grades and radical ideas in school. Under the influence of progressive teachers, he germinated the idea of participating in the revolution. In April 1938, Lin Fang, together with Tao Keshun and others, arranged by the Guilin Eighth Route Army Office, went to Yan'an from Guilin to apply for the Anti Japanese military and Political University, and joined the Communist Party of China in June. Later, he was assigned to the beacon theater company of the Political Department of the left behind Corps in the rear of the Eighth Route Army, and successively held the posts of propagandist, branch leader, political instructor and education section chief of the political department. After liberation, Lin Fang successively served as secretary of Luorong County CPC Committee, director of public security of Liuzhou region, director of public security of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, procurator general of people's Procuratorate, deputy procurator general and Party group secretary of Guangxi Provincial People's Procuratorate. In 1958, Lin Fang was wrongly classified as a "rightist". After the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, he was vindicated. He died in Nanning in 1980.
