Born in Nanjing, mainland China, Liu Qin lived with her grandmother when she was 11 years old because her parents divorced. Because she was too open about her piano business, her grandmother learned to play a good piano without a teacher, and her father was a music teacher in the Conservatory of music, Indissoluble bound for piano, Violin and pipe music, the family inherited its music cells. Since the age of four, Liu Qin has been teaching classical piano by Liu Qin, and has been the first to represent the Chinese mainland to Japan at the age of nine and eleven. What's more, she was young but full of vigorous musical energy, which made her unexpectedly sign a songwriter contract from behind the scenes.

If you ask Liu Qin, what is the reason for making music? Her answer is only two sentences, that is, "borntosing; singfor free.". She was born for singing and sang for freedom. In just two sentences, she told the most important topic in her life and reflected her innermost voice.
