Meng gen, male, Mongolian nationality, was born in July 1975 in Zhengxiangbai banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. He has a postgraduate degree. He started work in April 1996 and joined the Communist Party of China in July 2005.
He is now the vice mayor and member of the leading Party group of Xilinhot Municipal People's government.
