Ji Zhenhua

Ji Zhenhua, male, Han nationality, was born on May 17, 1943 in Wujiang, Jiangsu Province. The second batch of national intangible cultural heritage projects are representative inheritors of Kunqu Opera, national first-class actors, and winners of the fourth China Drama Plum Blossom award.

Character experience

In 1954, he was admitted to the Kunqu Opera actor training class of East China Academy of drama, and the next year he became a student of the first Kunqu Opera class of Shanghai Opera School. At the beginning, he followed Shen Chuanzhi to Xi Xiaosheng. Later, he changed to an old student and studied under Zheng Chuanjian and Ni Chuanyue.

In 1960, she learned how to decorate Kuang clock in the rehearsal. He graduated in July 1961 and was the main actor of Jingkun experimental Opera Troupe. He participated in the troupe and performed in Hong Kong in the name of "Shanghai Youth Peking Opera Troupe". In 1964, he starred in the modern Kunqu Opera "own successors" and "Qionghua" in Shanghai Youth Peking Opera Troupe, playing the roles of Li Yuhe and Hong Changqing. During the cultural revolution, he was transferred to the model opera group of Beijing opera.

In February 1978, Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe was established, starring in the public performance of the repertoire "shi5guan", which was the main drama of Shanghai Kunqu Opera Troupe's first visit to Hong Kong in 1983 to participate in the eighth Asian Art Festival; and in 1990, it performed in Beijing to commemorate the two hundredth anniversary of Hui troupe's arrival in Beijing. Cao Cao, who played the role of CAI Wenji in 1978, was directed by the famous director Yang Cunbin. In 1979, he went to Beijing to perform the play in the 50th anniversary of the national day. In 1981, the first Shanghai Drama Festival starred in three major dramas, including Lu you from chaitoufeng, Li Shimin from Taizong and Zhu Maichen from langkeshan. In 1987, he visited the United States for the first time. In the same year, Huang zuolin, a famous director, played the leading role in blood hand, which was adapted from Shakespeare's tragedy Macbeth. He visited Britain, Sweden and Denmark to attend the 41st Edinburgh International Art Festival and Belfast Drama Festival. In 1989, he took part in the "Chinese Kunqu Opera Troupe" organized by the Ministry of culture and went to Hong Kong to star in "langkeshan", "HuanShaJi. Jizi" and other plays.

He visited Japan for the first time in 1991 and starred in new butterfly dream and Pan Jinlian. In 1992, he went to Hong Kong for the fourth time and performed "thousand loyal slays. Taking a taxi from mountain" and so on. Since then, he has performed and lectured in Taiwan six times. In 1993, he went to Singapore to participate in the "first Asian Art Festival" performance "blood hand".

In 2001, he won the Asian outstanding artist award of Lincoln cultural center. Based on Shakespeare's famous tragedy Macbeth, the Kunqu Opera "the story of blood", starring Macbeth, took part in the 42nd Edinburgh International Art Festival in England in 1987 and the first Asian Art Festival in Singapore in 1993, both of which caused a sensation. From 1991 to 1993, he was invited to Taiwan to perform "the story of Pipa · eating chaff · will" and gave a demonstration lecture, which was especially popular among universities and Chinese Welcome from students.

Ji Zhenhua's appearance is elegant and upright, and his voice is vigorous and vigorous. His performance attaches importance to inner experience, and the timbre of singing and reciting changes with the characters' feelings. His performance is concise, accurate, real, beautiful and vivid, successfully creating a series of artistic images. His masterpieces include LAN Ke Shan, Chai tou Feng, Tan Ci, and Cai Wen Ji. He has also appeared in films and TV series. He has been to all over the world to participate in art festivals and cultural exchange performances, lectures and art teaching. Over the years, it has won various Drama Awards at home and abroad, including the fourth plum blossom award of Chinese drama, the second Magnolia drama performance leading role award, etc. Kunqu Master Yu Zhenfei once wrote an article praising: "Ji Zhenhua did not learn from others' wisdom, but cast a variety of artistic methods into his own four skills and five methods of opera. This is a perfect achievement. It is the performance of performing art from the kingdom of necessity to the kingdom of freedom, and it is also the performance of traditional opera art from imitation to creation.".

He is now a member of the Shanghai CPPCC, member of the Central Committee of the Democratic League of China, member of the Shanghai Federation of literary and art circles, director of the Chinese Dramatists Association, and visiting professor of the Chinese Academy of traditional opera.
