Lu Li
LV Li, female, born in September 1963 in Dehui, Jilin Province, is a doctor of law. She is a professor and doctoral supervisor of theoretical law research center of Jilin University, director of legal history teaching and Research Department of Law School of Jilin University, and executive director of China Society of legal history.
Character experience
In 1985, he graduated from the law department of Jilin University with a bachelor's degree; in 1988, he graduated from the law department of Jilin University with a master's degree; since June 1998, he has been teaching in the Law School of Jilin University. At present, he is the director of the Department of legal history of Law School of Jilin University.
Representative works
Published a number of academic monographs and textbooks. Representative works are: history of Chinese legal system. He has published more than 30 academic papers in law research and other journals, and the representative papers include: discrimination of Ming and Qing Dynasty laws, discrimination of Han, Wei and Jin Dynasties "comparison", on the style principle of "supplementing laws with laws by laws" in the laws of the Qing Dynasty, the thought of "judging the past from the present" and the formulation of the laws of the Qing Dynasty, and the legislation and influence of the laws of the Tang Dynasty on the crime of sacrificial rites. Now we undertake a number of scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial level.
