Character life
During the ten-year "Cultural Revolution", Bao Huiqiao was reduced to the object of criticism in the field of art, and then suffered from Zhuang Zedong's political exhaustion and was once besieged. During the "Cultural Revolution", Bao Huiqiao's father, an engineer, was beaten as a "reactionary authority" and forced to be isolated and censored. Her husband, Zhuang Zedong, was accused of being "the black top of revisionism" because he opposed to criticizing Rong Gaotang, director of the State Sports Commission, and became the focus of the critical struggle. In addition, her brother and sister have "political problems", so Bao Huiqiao is besieged.
When the first child of Bao Huiqiao and Zhuang Zedong was born, Bao Huiqiao had no time to enjoy the joy of being a mother, so he was sent to the farm to accept the so-called "labor reform". I stayed there for nearly two years, growing rice. It's hard to go home. When I go home, my son can't recognize her.
In the autumn of 1968, Zhuang Zedong was released. A year later, under the direct care of Zhou Enlai, Zhuang Zedong resumed his qualification for daily training and competition. In 1970, because of Jiang Qing's direct involvement, Bao Huiqiao ended the "transformation". Bao Huiqiao returned to Beijing and once again took the stage to play "the Yellow River" and play the model opera. After Bao Huiqiao was transferred from the farm to the central Orchestra, she began to be very grateful to Jiang Qing. Later, seeing that many people were dissatisfied with her, she repeatedly reminded her husband to keep a distance from Jiang Qing and try to get closer to Zhou Enlai. Since then, there have been differences and contradictions between Bao Huiqiao and her husband.
In the autumn of 1976, the ten-year catastrophe of the "Cultural Revolution" came to an end. With the complete collapse of the Jiangqing group, Zhuang Zedong was also removed from the post of director of the State Sports Commission, isolated and censored, and implicated Bao Huiqiao.
In the early days, Bao Huiqiao was also banned from performing, and could only accompany the students with piano every day. Bao Huiqiao and Zhuang Zuodong used to be an enviable couple, but their experiences in the cultural revolution made them go further and further in love and life, and finally broke up. In the mid-1980s, Zhuang Zedong was released home inconclusively, but their emotional world has been irretrievably fractured. In 1985, she went through the divorce procedure in Beijing Dongcheng District government.
