Personal experience
As the saying goes: "ten years grind a sword.". She said that the past ten years (1997-2007) of working in the center for literature and art are her own experience. From her two-year basic position (answering letters to the audience and acting as a director to the host), to her work in different types of programs such as music, entertainment, variety show, emotion and conversation, and then to her sole responsibility for the planning, marketing and hosting of a program, it can be said that her different work experience has given her a three-dimensional and profound understanding of the diversified production and cross media operation of radio and art programs. In the past ten years, she has participated in the planning and hosting of programs such as "Chinese pop song list", "singing", "Midnight Star River", "entertainment frontier", "China gold record", "folk song China" and so on. In 1998, she planned and directed the first award ceremony of "China pop song list"; she planned and presided over "Midnight Star River: Bright Star Road" which won the second prize of China Radio and television (literature and Art) in 1999; she presided over the first anniversary celebration of the voice of China "listen to China", which won the special award of CCTV variety show; she planned and presided over "China gold record" and "folk song China" which won 07 In 2008, CCTV won the title of "top ten columns"; the variety show "happy moon" planned and written, and the music program "daughter song by Lugu Lake" won the first prize of China Radio and Television Association in 2007; the Spring Festival Gala of 2006, 2007 and 2008, which CCTV participated in and hosted, won many government awards. after ten years of struggling in the "literary circle", I really turned to journalism because of an opportunity: the report on the 10th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland in 2007. CCTV sent a powerful interview team. She was the writer and host of the evening party attended by the state leaders on June 30. As far as she is concerned, opportunities and challenges coexist, because it is the first time for her to undertake this kind of comprehensive manuscript writing which integrates politics, journalism and literature. After three days of hard work, 30 pages were created and 6 revisions were made. The program finally passed the review and was successfully broadcast! She was later transferred to the news program as an anchor. She participated in and presided over the columns of news, live China, global Chinese broadcasting network and CCTV news. The large-scale reports that I have participated in include: the launch of Chang'e-1, Wenchuan emergency rescue, Beijing Olympic Games, the 60th anniversary of the founding of new China, Shanghai World Expo, Yushu earthquake, Guangzhou Asian Games, etc. since 2008, her program "global Chinese language broadcasting network" has been nominated by CCTV's top 10 programs and China News Award; in 2010, "Wangjialing coal mine flooding live broadcast" won the first prize of CCTV's hosting category. In addition to her work, she also published papers such as the new media era of broadcasting, an analysis of the innovative art of news program hosting language, and the cooperation and development of radio and new media interactive service programs. She is Guo Yan, the voice of China host of the Central People's radio.
