Wang Yameng, female, studied classical guitar under Professor Chen Zhi of the Central Conservatory of music in 1992. Under the guidance of Professor Chen's unique training, Wang Yameng studied hard and practiced hard. In less than two years, he took part in the 36th Tokyo International Guitar Competition (adult open) in December 1993 and won the first place. He set two records of taking part in the advanced international Guitar Competition for the first time and the youngest champion (12 years old) in the history of International Guitar Competition. After that, Wang Yameng won the International Guitar competitions in Italy and Spain.
Personal experience
In December 1993, Wang Yameng, who has just turned 12, won the first place in the 36th Tokyo International Guitar Competition (adult open), creating two records: he won the first prize in the advanced international Guitar Competition for the first time and the youngest champion (12 years old) in the history of International Guitar Competition. Wang Yameng then took part in the Italy Alexander Leah International Guitar Competition and Spain's "Princess Christina's Royal Highness Cup" International Guitar Competition. At the same time, Wang Yameng has become the first champion of China's classical guitar international competition and a leading figure in China's field, setting off an unprecedented upsurge of guitar learning in China. The record of the youngest champion in the history of international adult Guitar Competition, which has been set by no one, has caused a great sensation in the international music world.
At the beginning of 1994, Wang Yameng held a "prize presentation concert" at Beijing Concert Hall, which was recorded and broadcast by CCTV. In the summer of the same year, Qingdao Municipal Bureau of culture held a "green beer night - Wang Yameng classical guitar solo concert" for her. CCTV and Qingdao TV have made several special programs for her, accepting many famous hosts and musicians such as Zhu Jun and Xu Jun Interview with Ge Hui, Chen Luyu and Xu Peidong. Later, he was invited to Taiwan and toured in seven major cities, including Taipei and Kaohsiung.
In 1996, at the invitation of Mr. Robert Vidal, President of Paris International Guitar Competition, Wang Yameng gave a solo concert at the 27th Paris International Guitar Festival at the concert hall of France national radio. In 1995, John Williams, the master of classical guitar, visited Beijing for the first time. After listening to Wang Yameng's performance, he left her the precious smorman guitar he used. Wang Yameng has held many solo concerts in France, Italy, Germany, Britain, Australia, Spain, Belgium, Switzerland, Poland, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and other places, and received a warm welcome. Wang Yameng has performed Guitar Concertos with famous symphony orchestras for many times, especially in the New Year Concert of 2000. Under the concerto of China National Symphony Orchestra, Wang Yameng continuously played the world-famous "Aranjuez" Concerto and Richard Harvey's "ancient Concerto" (five movements), which was highly praised by Chen Zuohuang, a famous international conductor.
