Without Wang Xiaojuan, there would be no Jingrui building today. When she came to Jingrui building in 1996, the semi-finished building had not yet been capped. Under the leadership of Wang Xiaojuan, she not only built a smart building integrating five-star hotel and luxury apartments in a short period of two years, but also made the building enter the business period in early 1998. Wang Xiaojuan's ability to devise strategies and her style of daring to fight have been well rewarded in Jingrui building. During the trial operation period, the competition between hotels in terms of price and service is very fierce. Under this background, Wang Xiaojuan led the staff of Jingrui building to overcome the difficulties encountered in the operation, and took a series of measures to expand its popularity, such as strengthening internal management, carrying out enterprise promotion and so on, so that the enterprise successfully passed the difficult period of "opening up wasteland" hard. In the first year of operation, Jingrui building's revenue was 13 million yuan less than the loss target approved by the board of directors, and the room occupancy rate reached 51%, 13 percentage points higher than the regulation. in order to establish a scientific, modern and standardized service quality system, Wang Xiaojuan led Jingrui building to start the formulation of ISO9000 quality standards at the end of 1998. According to the ISO9000 standard and the actual situation of the hotel, we have compiled a complete set of quality manual, 51 procedure documents and 400 work instructions for Jingrui building, totaling 1.33 million words. In July 1997, he applied to Lloyd's Quality Certification Co., Ltd. of the United Kingdom. In just over a month, he successfully passed Lloyd's certification of building quality documents. In mid September, he formally passed the certification audit of ISO9000 quality management system. In evaluating Jingrui building, the State Administration of quality and Technical Supervision said that the building's passing the quality system certification is conducive to improving the service quality of the domestic tourism and foreign-related hotel industry. At the beginning of 1999, Wang Xiaojuan signed a "letter of commitment to create a five-star hotel" with the managers of all departments. Focusing on the work of star evaluation, she implemented the responsibilities at all levels and made clear the rights and responsibilities. Jingrui building was rated as a five-star foreign-related tourism hotel in 2000 after several irregular investigations by Beijing Tourism Administration and guoai tourism administration. With the approval of CAAC and the Ministry of foreign trade and economic cooperation of guoai, general manager Wang Xiaojuan held the "2000 Beijing International Aviation clothing Expo". The event reflected the development and changes of China Aviation in 50 years and the world aviation in 80 years by way of clothing display and performance. The Expo was a great success and achieved good economic and social benefits.
