Female, Han nationality, Jiangsu. In 1983, he received a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Southeast University, a master of Engineering in automatic control theory and application from Southeast University in 1986, and a doctor of Engineering in system engineering from Southeast University in 2000. From 1986 to 2001, he taught in Nanjing Southeast University. He is now vice president, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of engineering management, Nanjing University, and director of Jiangsu system engineering society. Since 1986, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research. At present, he is a member of the Standing Committee of the 10th CPPCC Jiangsu Provincial Committee, chairman of the branch of Nanjing University of democratic construction, and executive director of China Society of management science and engineering.
