Li Jincai
Li Jincai, male, born in November 1960, is an associate professor and master supervisor of School of agriculture and Bioengineering, Tianjin University. Research direction: fruit and vegetable preservation, food safety, food processing, horticultural plant cultivation and physiology, Protected Horticulture / published more than 60 academic papers, 13 SCI search papers, 3 EI search papers, 5 patents, participated in 18 international academic conferences; won the excellent academic paper award of Nagoya International Orchid Conference in 2004.

He graduated from Shanxi Agricultural University with a bachelor's degree in Vegetable Science in 1984, a master's degree in Vegetable Science from Shanxi Agricultural University in 1993, a master's degree in plant nutrition from Kochi University in 1998, and a doctor's degree in agriculture from Gifu University in 2001. He has been teaching in Shanxi Agricultural University since 1984 and a visiting scholar in Kochi University of Japan since 1995.
