Wang Xiufen, born in 1954 in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, is a soprano. She graduated from the Department of vocal music of the Central Conservatory of music with a master's degree in literature. She is one of the first batch of national first-class actors and enjoys the special allowance granted by the State Council.

Wang Xiufen was born in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province in 1954.
