Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: soften the butter and stir.
Step 3: add sugar powder and egg liquid in two times, stir well, finally sift in flour, mix well, wrap in plastic wrap and wake up for more than 30 minutes.
Step 4: take out the dough, rub it into thin strips and put it on the baking tray upside down. Don't put it vertically according to my picture. Preheat the oven at 160 ℃ and bake the biscuit for about 20-25 minutes. Adjust the time and temperature according to your oven.
Step 5: melt the chocolate in water. The water temperature is about 40-50 ℃.

Step 7: refrigerate for 5 minutes.

Step 9: take appropriate amount of chocolate ointment or color chocolate to melt.
Step 10: rub the ointment into a small ball, press it on the mushroom or melt the chocolate liquid, and squeeze the dot on the flower mounting bag.

Low gluten flour: 200g

Sugar powder: 80g
Egg liquid: 30g
Color chocolate ointment: appropriate amount
Note: the method of chocolate ointment is 100 grams of chocolate and 50 grams of maltose. The temperature of baking biscuits must not be high. It's easy to burn. Biscuits must lie down. My picture is vertical. Don't put them that way.
