Production steps:
Step 1: main raw material drawing.
Step 2: wash the ingredients, cut the lean meat, fat meat and lotus root into small cubes.
Step 3: chop the lean meat to 7 points of satisfaction, then add diced lotus root and diced fat meat.
Step 4: turn the minced meat into a bowl.
Step 5: add appropriate amount of daxida barbecue sauce (add according to proportion), 1 / 2 tbsp of soy sauce and a little onion and ginger water, mix well and let it stand for 10 minutes. (because children don't like to eat onion and ginger. Otherwise, chop the minced onion and ginger into the minced meat at the end, it will be more fragrant.)
Step 6: add 3 tbsp of water starch in batches and stir until slightly stiff.
Step 7: cut Yuzi tofu into small round pieces and put them around the edge of the plate.
Step 8: wash hands, apply a thin layer of oil, take the right amount of meat, first ball a whole plastic, press flat.
Step 9: add some lotus seeds. (I have steamed lotus seeds. The method is in the recently released tremella lotus seed soup. I usually steam more at one time and freeze them. I can take them whenever I need.)
Step 10: close the mouth and put it in the middle of Yuzi tofu.
Step 11: leave a few lotus seeds on top of the lion's head and decorate it with a medlar.
Step 12: put into a cold water pan, bring to a boil over high heat, and steam for about 10 minutes.
Step 13: after steaming, there will be some soup on the plate. Gently block Yuzi tofu with chopsticks, carefully pour the soup into the pot, then add appropriate amount of starch to boil, pour in a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.
Step 14: Sprinkle evenly on the vegetables.
