Introduction:
Kelp is rich in calcium, which can prevent calcium deficiency in human body. 2. Mannitol, a kind of valuable medicinal substance, is often attached to Laminaria japonica. Modern scientific research has proved that mannitol can reduce blood pressure, diuresis and detumescence. 3. Kelp contains a lot of polyunsaturated fatty acid EPA, which can reduce blood viscosity and reduce vascular sclerosis. Therefore, often eat kelp can prevent cardiovascular diseases. 4. The iodine in kelp is very rich, it is the main raw material for the synthesis of thyroid hormone in the body, and the luster of hair is formed by the function of thyroid hormone in the body. Iodine can stimulate the pituitary gland, reduce the level of estrogen in women, restore the normal function of ovary, correct endocrine disorders and eliminate the hidden danger of mammary gland hyperplasia. 5. The colloid contained in kelp can promote the excretion of radioactive substances from the body along with the stool, thus reducing the accumulation of radioactive substances in the human body and the incidence of radioactive diseases. 6. "Compendium of Materia Medica" records: "kelp can treat gall disease (i.e. goiter) and other edema, has the function of resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules." In recent years, scientists have found that eating kelp often can prevent and treat cancer. 7. Kelp contains 60% fucoidan, which is an excellent food fiber. After eating, diabetic patients can delay gastric emptying and the time of food passing through the small intestine. In this way, even in the case of reduced insulin secretion, the blood glucose level will not rise, so as to achieve the purpose of treating diabetes. 8. It can not only reduce hunger, but also absorb a variety of amino acids and inorganic salts. It is an ideal satiety. 9. Laminarinic acid contained in kelp is a special amino acid, which has the effect of reducing blood pressure and preventing hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage
