Production steps:
Step 1: soak rice for half an hour or more in advance.
Step 2: prepare the ingredients: spareribs, carrots, garlic, Shacha sauce, soy sauce
Step 3: first press garlic into garlic and add it into the ribs (garlic doesn't have to be too much, otherwise it will cover the taste of Sha cha).
Step 4: add the sauce, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, a little salt, a little sugar, pour in the oil, easy to open the sauce.
Step 5: mix the cured meat evenly.
Step 6: slice the carrots.
Step 7: put shredded carrots into the meat and mix well.
Step 8: when the rice is soaked, pour out the water, add the same amount of boiling water as the rice, cover it and bring to a boil.
Step 9: the rice is boiling.
Step 10: when it's boiling, put in the meat and cover it with the minimum heat.
Step 11: turn off the fire when the sound of Zizi in the pot is getting smaller and the water is almost dry.
Step 12: tilt the pan and let it stand for a while to see if there is still water in the lower corner. If not, turn off the fire. (the key is to turn off the fire just when the water is burned, so as not to paste the bottom.)
Step 13: put the pot on the plate, do not open the lid and simmer for 5 minutes, the rice will absorb water completely.
Step 14: it's done.
