Fried meat with mushrooms
Introduction:
"I wanted to make some mushrooms and send out a recipe happily. I didn't expect that there was too much soy sauce. This hue is so ugly, ah ah."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the meat and scallions and cut them into strips.
Step 2: wash the mushrooms, tear them into strips, and set them on a plate
Step 3: start a fire, pour in proper amount of peanut oil, and stir fry the meat after the oil is hot.
Step 4: stir fry until the shredded meat is cooked (turns golden), then add the shredded green onion and continue to stir fry.
Step 5: stir fry until you can smell the fragrant onion, pour in the mushroom and continue to stir fry.
Step 6: after stir frying evenly, pour in proper amount of soy sauce and continue to stir fry.
Step 7: stir fry soy sauce evenly, pour in appropriate amount of salt, continue to stir fry, the fire is a little bit bigger. Stir fry until the mushrooms are medium cooked. Add appropriate amount of chicken essence and continue to stir fry until the mushrooms are soft and cooked in the pan.
Materials required:
Pork: half a catty
Mushroom: one jin
Scallion: Half Root
Soy sauce: right amount
Salt: right amount
Peanut oil: right amount
Chicken essence: appropriate amount
Note: pour soy sauce must not pour too much, like I pour too much, do not work out the hue
