Lucky Gold roll
Introduction:
"It's actually an egg roll, but I rolled in two pieces of seaweed slices for sushi, which not only have more distinct layers, but also taste better. This component is the amount of making a volume. Adjust the component according to the situation. The frying pan is 24 cm. "
Production steps:
Step 1: Chop pork into mud, the finer the better.
Step 2: wash the ginger and rub it into a velvet (you can also chop it up, but you can get a thin piece of ginger that some people don't like).
Step 3: pour ginger, all seasonings and an egg white into the mashed meat.
Step 4: stir in one direction until strong (meat is sticky, chopsticks can be inserted without pouring), set aside.
Step 5: knock two eggs and one yolk into a bowl and add a little salt.
Step 6: to disperse, it's better to circle rather than beat up and down, otherwise too much air will be injected and bubbles will be produced.
Step 7: pour 1 tbsp corn oil into the non stick frying pan, heat it up, pour in the beaten egg liquid, and fry over low heat until the surface solidifies. Pay attention to shake the pot from time to time to avoid uneven heating.
Step 8: put the fried egg skin on the workbench.
Step 9: spread two sheets of seaweed. It can also be spread or not, but I think it's more delicious and nutritious with seaweed.
Step 10: spread the minced meat evenly.
Step 11: roll up from one end.
Step 12: put it into the steamer, bring it to a boil over high heat, and then turn to medium heat for about 10 minutes. Adjust the time according to the quantity and size of the omelet.
