Stewed pork with mushrooms

Production steps:
Step 1: sliced pork or small pieces, cooked with scallion and shredded ginger, cut a few knives according to your preference. Bean curd is divided into small pieces. It's a small piece left from yesterday's stew. If you don't have it, you can skip it.

Step 3: heat the oil 70% or 80% in the pot, cook with scallion and shredded ginger, add pork and stir fry.

Step 6: after boiling water, add mushroom, bean curd and salt, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium heat and simmer for about 15 minutes. Half of the water in the dish a little more on the line, there will be some water inside the mushroom. When the soup is boiling, taste the salt. If the taste of the soup is just right, the mushroom is slightly light; if the taste of the mushroom is just right, the taste of the soup is slightly salty.
Step 7: if you like to drink soup, you can take it to the soup basin; if you don't like to drink soup, you can collect the juice and put it on the plate. Because the original taste of mushroom stewed out quite fragrant, so there is no other seasoning added.
