Note: 1. When mixing noodles, water should be added slowly, and it's better to use part of the hot noodles, so that the baked cake is soft. 2. In the process of cauterizing, pay attention to turn the noodles twice more to avoid cauterizing. Covering the pot can help to heat evenly and cook faster.
