Sauteed Vermicelli with Spicy Minced Pork

Production steps:
Step 1: soak rice noodles in cold water in advance.
Step 2: slice the lean meat and chop it. Dice the carrot, onion and garlic. Cut the chive into small pieces.
Step 3: add the above marinated meat ingredients to the lean meat, submerge it for 10-15 minutes, add the starch when frying, and mix well.
Step 4: heat the bottom of the pot, add the oil and stir fry the garlic until fragrant.
Step 5: add a small spoonful of Pixian Douban and stir fry it.

Step 9: pour in the rice flour, mix well, or simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 10: finally add the scallion, stir in a small amount of salt and chicken essence.
