Production steps:
Step 1: Chop onion and garlic, stir fry with butter until fragrant. Put in a basin.
Step 2: chop the dried tomatoes and put them in the basin.
Step 3: cut off the edge of the bread, cut it into cubes, soak it in water for 10 minutes, squeeze it dry and put it into the basin.
Step 4: put minced meat, tomato sauce and eggs into the basin. Season all ingredients with oregano leaves, salt and pepper. Stir well. Let it stand for half an hour.
Step 5: cut the scallions into small circles and mix them into the meat.
Step 6: take a larger amount of butter and heat it in a pan. Pinch the ball into a circle and tighten it.
Step 7: shape the balls in butter and fry until golden. Meatballs of this size have to be put in the oven, or they won't be cooked. If you make small balls, you can only fry them.
