Production steps:

Step 2: soften butter at room temperature, sugar, milk powder into the container, stir evenly, into a butter ball
Step 3: 3 egg yolk powder 3 times into the butter ball, fully mixed, and then add the next egg yolk, into the butter egg yolk ball
Step 4: add the flour into the butter and egg yolk dough, stir it until there is no powder, and knead it evenly by hand; then put cranberry, knead it by hand, and knead it into a uniform dough
Step 5: use a fresh-keeping bag which is a little larger than the baking pan to hold the dough, roll the dough on the baking pan, and roll the dough close to the four corners of the baking pan; roll the dough at two right angles to the baking pan, then roll the dough to the other side, and roll the dough evenly until the dough is about 1cm thick
Step 6: take out the dough, put it on the board, cut the plastic film, use a plastic scraper / knife, and cut it into a rectangle of similar size. The remaining corners can be made into different shapes according to your preference, brush with egg yolk, and lay it in the baking pan with a space
Step 7: middle layer, 170 degrees, about 15 minutes, until the surface becomes golden
Step 8: because the brush is egg yolk liquid, the surface is thick, golden yellow, very good-looking!
