Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: 15 lotus paste fillings, 30g each
Step 2: ferment a piece of dough.
Step 3: divide into about 55 grams of noodles into 15 pieces.
Step 4: roll out the dough after flattening
Step 5: add lotus paste.
Step 6: seal after wrapping.
Step 7: Seal down.
Step 8: flatten and cut with scissors.
Step 9: oil the baking pan and put in the bread.
Step 10: fermentation for about 40 minutes
Step 11: brush the surface with egg liquid.
Step 12: preheat the oven 180 degrees and bake for about 18 minutes.

Note: the stuffing in the bread is according to my own preference. My family likes to eat the stuffing, so put more.
