Production steps:
Step 1: take the right amount of flour, use boiling water to scald the face, and then knead it into a dough with moderate hardness and softness. Control the hardness and softness by yourself, and wake up for half an hour
Step 2: because it's ready-made dumpling stuffing, I cut some chives, splashed them with hot oil, and then got some sesame oil
Step 3: half an hour after waking up, cut a small piece of flour and rub it into strips
Step 4: cut the dosage and flatten it
Step 5: rolling into thin skin
Step 6: make a bun one by one. It's ugly for me to make a bun. Steam it in a boiling water pan for 10 minutes, turn off the fire, steam it for 2 minutes, and then remove the lid. This is steamed.
