Pork bun with onion
Introduction:
"Onion is a common ingredient in Chinese and Western food. It is rich in nutrients, also known as the "Queen of vegetables", so the nutrients are naturally quite rich, not only rich in potassium, vitamin C, but also can prevent cancer, lower blood pressure, lower blood fat and so on. Although onions have a strong smell when they are raw, they become sweet when they are cooked! Today, I made a meat bag with onion. It's really delicious
Production steps:
Step 1: chop the pork into minced meat according to the ratio of 3 fat and 7 lean
Step 2: soak pepper in a small amount of boiling water in advance to make it taste better
Step 3: cool the pepper water, add it to the minced meat several times, and beat it with chopsticks in one direction until the water is absorbed by the meat
Step 4: dice the onion
Step 5: add to the minced meat and add all the ingredients
Step 6: stir well again. (if you like chives, you can add a little to mix them)
Step 7: put the baking powder into a small bowl, add 1 teaspoon sugar and 60g water, stir and melt. Add to a bowl containing 240g flour
Step 8: first mix well with chopsticks, then mix well with hands
Step 9: cover with plastic film and ferment to twice the size
Step 10: after the hair is done, add the remaining 60g of flour
Step 11: knead again to make a smooth dough
Step 12: divide the dough into 40g each
Step 13: take one and roll it into a circle with thick middle and thin edge, then add the meat
Step 14: shape the bun
Step 15: do everything well, put it into the steamer, cover it and wake up again for about 30 minutes
Step 16: after fermentation, put cold water into the pot, steam over medium heat for about 16 minutes, turn off the heat and remove the lid after 3 ~ 5 minutes!
Materials required:

Water: 160g
Yeast: 3G

Salt: right amount

Note: 1. The method of adding flour twice was used in this mixing. The advantage of this is that steamed buns will be soft and easy to operate when they are trapped. 2. It will be very soft for the first time, so just rub it a little and mix it evenly. The second time you add flour, the dough won't stick to your hands. It's a good bag! 3. Since the new flour was added for the second time, the final wake-up time must be sufficient, about 30 minutes, and it will be longer if the temperature is low!
