Braised bamboo shoots in oyster sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials: a handful of bamboo shoots and a green onion. Seasoning: 1 tbsp oil consumption, appropriate amount of salt.
Step 2: after removing the old part of the bamboo shoot, wash it, beat it loose with a knife, cut it into pieces, put it in water and cook for 2-3 minutes, remove the bitter taste and drain it for use.
Step 3: heat the pot over high heat, pour in proper amount of oil and heat it until it is boiling hot.
Step 4: stir fry the bamboo shoots for a while
Step 5: stir fry with salt.
Step 6: add oil and stir well
Step 7: add half a bowl of water, adjust to medium heat, cover and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 8: open the lid of the pot, put out the juice and sprinkle with scallion.

Note: bamboo shoots can be boiled with boiling water to remove its bitter taste and make it taste better. Don't put too much salt, because there is a taste in the oil, too much will be salty.
