Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pumpkin into small pieces, steam them in a steamer, and press them into mud with a fork.
Step 2: turn the yeast in warm water and let it stand for 10 minutes. Add pumpkin puree, yeast water into 300g flour to form a medium soft and hard dough (I also steamed bun with a white dough in the picture)
Step 3: cover the dough with plastic film, put it in a steamer with hot water and ferment for one hour until it is 2-3 times larger. Then take out the fermented dough, knead and exhaust, and divide it into 30 parts on average. Each group consists of 5 portions.
Step 4: roll the dough into thin slices like dumpling skin. The five patches are arranged as shown in the picture.
Step 5: use chopsticks to press a mark in the middle, start from the bottom of the dough, and roll it up from right to left.
Step 6: after rolling, use chopsticks to press a fold from the middle.
Step 7: cut it in half with a knife from the fold, and the cut is downward, and the rudiment of the Rose comes out.
Step 8: arrange the rose petals by hand and turn them out slightly. A beautiful rose is ready.
Step 9: after all the roses are ready, put them on the steaming grid covered with wet drawer cloth, add two bowls of hot water to the pot, put on the steaming grid and wake up for 20 minutes.
Step 10: when it's time to wake up, pour out the hot water in the pot, add enough cold water and steam it for 25 minutes. After steaming, don't rush to open the lid, cover it for 5 minutes and then remove the lid, so that the steamed bread will be soft, chewy and won't retract.

Note: low temperature in winter, room temperature fermentation time is very long, the effect is not good, the best use of hot water temperature to help fermentation. You can change pumpkin into sweet potato. It's delicious.
