Huaishan carrot medlar pig bone soup
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and blanch the purchased pig bones
Step 2: peel and wash the carrots and cut them into hob pieces,
Step 3: Huaishan is also peeled, washed and cut into small sections (because I bought small ones, so some small sections are better, if I bought large ones with the same hob block),
Step 4: wash medlar, honey, jujube, apricot and ginger,
Step 5: put the boiled pig bone and the materials prepared in the above steps into the soup pot. Start to boil it with high heat, and then turn it to low heat for at least one hour (I use the electric rice cooker because it is inconvenient in the dormitory)
The sixth step: after cooking and seasoning, you can taste delicious soup.

Pig bone: 750g
Carrot: 250g
Medlar: 50g
Apricot: a small amount
Ginger: right amount
Jujube: 2
Edible salt: appropriate amount
Note: This is a nourishing soup that is suitable for all seasons of the year. It's worth a try. One of the pig bones with pork ribs or keel are very good.
