Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: soak agar in 200 ml cold water.
Step 3: mix almond powder with 200 ml cold water.
Step 4: soak agar until soft and swelling.
Step 5: put agar and water into a small pot and heat until agar melts.
Step 6: pour in the milk and bring to a boil.
Step 7: pour in the almond paste and stir until boiling.
Step 8: add rock sugar.

Step 11: sugar osmanthus, honey and a little warm water.
Step 12: pour into the chopped almond tofu.

Milk: 200 ml
Agar: 5g
Rock sugar: 30g
Sweet scented osmanthus: appropriate amount
Honey: right amount
Note: Almond into the lung, large intestine.
