Production steps:
Step 1: prepare raw materials: flour, corn flour, millet flour, honey red beans, yeast and sugar (sugar is not photographed)
Step 2: put flour, corn flour, millet flour, yeast powder and sugar into the basin and mix well. Add a little warm water.
Step 3: add a little warm water and stir with chopsticks to make a wet dough, as shown in the picture above.
Step 4: add honey red beans.
Step 5: add honey red beans and stir well with chopsticks.
Step 6: pour the mixed wet dough directly into the cake mold touched with oil and let it warm to wake up. (no cake mould can be put directly into a small stainless steel basin)
Step 7: when the wet dough is twice the size, put the cake mold into the steamer.
Step 8: steam over high heat, steam over medium heat for 30 minutes, turn off the heat, do not rush to remove the cover, simmer for three or five minutes, and then take out the mould
Step 9: steamed bean cake can be directly cut into pieces.
