Braised hairtail
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and cut hairtail
Step 2: wrap the hairtail with corn flour and set aside
Step 3: heat 60% of the oil in the pan and fry hairtail
Step 4: reserve the fried hairtail
Step 5: prepare onion and ginger

Step 7: stir in ginger
