Production steps:
Step 1: bake in the oven (220oc / 425of) for 5-6 minutes, then take out and cool slightly

Step 3: roll the dough into a big cake about 5mm thick, and then sprinkle the mixture of melted 50g butter, sugar and cinnamon powder evenly on the dough
Step 4: cut the dough into long strips, place the rolls on the baking paper, put them on the baking tray and let them ferment for 60 minutes at room temperature
Step 5: beat the eggs and brush them lightly on the roll, then sprinkle pearl sugar on the top

Fresh yeast: 50g
Milk: 330ML

Butter: 250g
Salt: 10g
Nutmeg powder: 15g
Syrup: 100ml
Sugar: 50g
Cinnamon powder: 40g

Note: 1. If there is no fresh yeast, 35g yeast powder can be used instead. 2. There is no need to worry about the length of time in the second fermentation, as long as the bread rolls are fermented to twice the original size. 3. If you want to quickly ferment, you can put the dough or dough rolls in the oven after covering with wet cloth (35-38 ℃), you will find that the waiting time will be greatly shortened
