Production steps:
Step 1: wash osmanthus with salt inside and outside, and then rinse with water.
Step 2: drain, make a few oblique strokes on both sides, apply 2 tbsp cooking wine and a little salt on the fish surface, marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3: cut ginger slices and shredded green onion.
Step 4: put ginger slices in the belly of the fish and sprinkle shredded green onion on the fish. Put it into the steamer and steam for 7 minutes (cover)
Step 5: after steaming the fish, pour out the soup, pour proper amount of soy sauce on the fish, cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Step 6: pour a little vegetable oil into the pot and heat it, then pour it on the fish.
