Production steps:
Step 1: a large piece of old tofu;
Step 2: cut tofu into 2.5 ~ 3cm square pieces;

Step 4: pour in the tofu;

Vegetable oil: right amount
Note: 1. Tofu should be sucked off with towel water; 2. At the beginning of frying tofu, never stir tofu with chopsticks in the pot to avoid smashing tofu. It doesn't matter if you stir tofu when it's hard shell, it won't stick together.
