Production steps:
Step 1: mix 150g flour, 12g fine sugar, 4G yeast and 120g water to form a fermenting head, and ferment until you can hear the sound of bubbles cracking when you gently pick it up, with honeycomb inside.
Step 2: knead all the ingredients except peanut oil in the main ingredient with the yeast head, then add peanut oil a little bit, knead to the expansion stage, and let it warm to about twice the size.
Step 3: divide the dough into twelve equal parts, roll the relaxed dough into an oval shape, turn it over and fold it inward from one third of the top and the bottom.
Step 4: shape the dough into a cone and roll it into a long triangle.
Step 5: roll up from top to bottom.
Step 6: drain into the oiled baking pan and place in a warm and moist place for final fermentation.
Step 7: ferment to twice the size, coat the surface with egg liquid and put it into the oven preheated at 180 ℃.
