Yuzhu spinach
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak beancurd and cut it into shreds. Blanch it in boiling water for two minutes to soften.
Step 2: clean spinach and set aside.
Step 3: blanch in boiling water until soft, remove and cool.
