Production steps:
Step 1: prepare tofu and minced meat.

Step 12: leave a little oil in the pan, add ginger, garlic and pickled pepper, stir fry until fragrant.
Step 13: add a little ketchup and stir well.
Step 14: add appropriate amount of water and sugar, mix well.
Step 15: cook in soy sauce and vinegar.
Step 16: add chicken essence and mix well.
Step 17: sprinkle in the scallion, cook in a little water, mix the starch and collect the juice.
Step 18: drizzle on the tofu while it's hot.
