Sesame meat pie
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare ingredients: minced meat, garlic, and noodles. (appropriate amount of water, flour and baking powder should be put into the bread maker to make dough)
Step 2: minced garlic; minced meat with salt, oil, cooking wine, soy sauce, cumin powder.
Step 3: stir the minced meat in one direction.
Step 4: take dough, knead long strips, pick small segments, roll thin and round.
Step 5: put minced garlic into minced meat bowl.
Step 6: put the filling in the middle of the dough.
Step 7: knead it into a bun shape, close it down and press it gently.
Step 8: the surface of the pie is covered with water, and the side with water is put on the sesame. (water on the surface can easily stick to sesame seeds)
Step 9: preheat the electric cake pan, brush oil, put in two sesame pies; bake over high and low heat for 4 minutes.
Step 10: turn the pie one by one and bake for 3 minutes.
Step 11: turn over again and bake for 2 minutes.
