Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: soak the Hericium erinaceus in warm water, rinse it several times and soak it for another day. [dry out and change water in midway]
Step 3: squeeze out the moisture after soaking.
Step 4: add shiyunsheng to the soup, no Hericium erinaceus.
Step 5: steam in steamer for 1 hour.
Step 6: take out the Hericium erinaceus, squeeze it dry and tear it into small pieces. Starch sizing with water.
Step 7: chop the onion and ginger.
Step 8: clean the rape.
Step 9: fill the pan with water, add a few drops of oil and a little salt and bring to a boil.
Step 10: put rape into boiling water.
Step 11: blanch the water, throw away the rape, drain the water and stack it on the plate.
Step 12: slide the sized Hericium erinaceus in slightly boiling water until the slurry solidifies. Take it out.
Step 13: in another pot, add oil and saute shallot and ginger. Add the Hericium erinaceus and steam the soup.
Step 14: low heat until the Hericium erinaceus is tasty, add chicken essence to taste.
Step 15: pour the cooked Hericium erinaceus into the plate with rape.
