Strawberry + blueberry Mousse

I can't compare with what I bought, but my heart is on the line. On Friday, when I saw Bobo buying fresh strawberries, I immediately thought that it would be good to make a strawberry mousse. So I confiscated some of Bobo's strawberries, I studied strawberry mousse on Saturday. Because the strawberry is a bit monotonous, I put the blueberry jam in it. Ha ha, the taste is delicious. The cream mixed with strawberry and blueberry tastes good. En en, I'll make this cake for PP's birthday next time
Production steps:
Step 1: mix milk + egg yolk + oil + sugar powder into batter (refer to Raisin Qifeng roll for details)
Step 2: beat the protein at medium speed to 9 for distribution (please refer to Raisin Qifeng roll for details)
Step 3: pour 1 / 3 protein into batter, cut and mix well
Step 4: after cutting and mixing, pour into the remaining protein, and fully cut and mix evenly
Step 5: pour the batter into the baking tray with baking paper
Step 6: preheat 200 degree oven, 180 degree up and down fire for 30 minutes
Step 7: turn fish glue powder and cold water on
Step 8: mix blueberry sauce with water
Step 9: bring the blueberry sauce to a boil until it's not lumpy
Step 10: soak fish glue powder in hot water, no particles is better
Step 11: mix the fish glue powder and blueberry sauce, put them on ice water to cool and solidify
Step 12: dice the strawberries
Step 13: beat the cream with ice water until about 7 hours to distribute (note that too high temperature will cause excessive or no hair, so cool it with ice water)
Step 14: pour the cooled blueberry jam and strawberry cubes into the cream, and quickly stir with a hand beater to make mousse sauce
Step 15: cut the first piece of cake with a 6-inch mold
Step 16: put the first piece of cake into the movable mold
Step 17: pour in the mousse sauce
Step 18: cut the second cake
Step 19: put in the second cake
Step 20: continue to pour in the mousse sauce
Step 21: cool for at least 4 hours, take out the cake and blow it for about 1 minute, then decorate the cake.
Step 22: this cake is not thick enough. It tastes OK. It's a pity that I don't know how to decorate, otherwise it must be beautiful.
Step 23: ha ha, my daughter can eat three pieces at a time, and I'm not tired of it.

Note: this time I use the test plate to bake the cake, because every time I use the activity mold to bake, I can't grasp it well, and my hair is not ideal. It's much easier to use a baking tray, but it's only enough for a 6-inch mold to cover two cakes.
