Production steps:

Step 5: after forming a circle, turn down the heat and keep pressing on the shredded potatoes with a spatula
Step 6: after pressing for 5 to 10 minutes, turn one side to golden yellow, and then press on the other side (also over low heat) until the potatoes are well cooked. Put in the right amount of monosodium glutamate, turn it over and out of the pot.
