Production steps:
Step 1: cut the beef into small pieces, put it into boiling water, remove it and wash it. I forgot to take a picture. Cut tomatoes, potatoes and onions. Cut scallion into sections, slice ginger, set aside.
Step 2: wash the pan, add oil, onion and potato, stir fry until fragrant. Then pour in the tomato, scallion, ginger and continue to stir fry until the tomato is soft, overflow the red soup.
Step 3: pour into a pre washed casserole and add appropriate amount of tomato sauce.
Step 4: add enough hot water at a time, keep it for about 10 minutes after boiling, slow down the heat and simmer for about 50 minutes, the beef is soft and rotten, the soup is thick, add a small amount of salt and seasoning.
