Production steps:
Step 1: beat the protein into a clean, oil-free and waterless egg bowl.
Step 2: add a little salt and 2 drops of vinegar, beat quickly to fish eye shape with egg beater, then add 1 / 3 sugar and continue to beat.
Step 3: add the remaining 2 / 3 sugar in several times until the protein is sagging.
Step 4: weigh and sift the flour.
Step 5: slowly pour the flour into the protein and stir well. Stir up and down when mixing, do not circle stirring, in order to avoid rib.
