Mapo Tofu
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: cut tofu into pieces and set aside
Step 2: cut the scallion into small pieces and set aside
Step 3: cut garlic into small pieces and set aside
Step 4: a bag of Mapo Tofu seasoning from the supermarket
Step 5: pour the oil into the pan, stir in the sliced garlic slices, and then pour in a whole bag of Mapo Tofu seasoning
Step 6: add proper amount of water and pour in the cut tofu
Step 7: cook the tofu and seasoning together for about 10 minutes, then slowly collect the water
Step 8: when you are about to get out of the pot, add the chopped shallot and a little pepper and stir fry for a few times

Tofu: right amount
Garlic: right amount
Shallot: moderate
Mapo Tofu seasoning: right amount
Zanthoxylum bungeanum: right amount
Note: the sauce of Shuxiang Mapo Tofu I bought in the supermarket is not very spicy. If you like spicy flavor, you can add pepper and garlic in advance!
